《摩登原始人》英文原版动画简介
《摩登原始人》又称聪明笨伯（英文名称：The Flintstones，原意为“打火石家族”），在1960年至1966年它在美国广播公司是其中一个最成功的动画电视剧。《摩登原始人》是由动画大师William Hanna&Joseph Barbera DA共同创作，对于这两个名字你可能很陌生，不过他们创作的最有名的动画片就是《猫和老鼠》。与《猫和老鼠》的超高人气相比，《摩登原始人》的观众群体不免有些稀少，可对于出生在80年代的人来说，这是我们童年的一个重要回忆，是我们这个时代的标签。

故事的背景是公元前二百万年，恐龙的石器时代，某个小镇住着一群石器时代的原始人，但他们的意识却非常现代。聪明的弗雷德用石头、动物骨骼和毛皮制作出电话机、照相机甚至影印机。家庭厨房设备还有以猪提供动力的环保型垃圾处理装置。最重要的当然是片中的人物关系，可以说是以古喻今，对当今美国人如何搞好家庭关系也有借鉴意义。
